GURPS is fucking weird about naming it's unarmed skills. In order to be trained in Krav Maga, you need to buy skills called 'karate' and 'wrestling'.

The skill "karate" in GURPS merely mean he's had formal training in punching and kicking.
Judo is grappling/throwing your opponent away and a bit of wrestling.
Wrestling is... wrestling.
