Completely anecdotal evidence but I've noticed the more girls are in a group the more sexually aggressive(might not be the right word) their role play is. Once you get about 3 women in a group at least one or two of them will slut it up though usually as a male character.

I think figuring out shit like a turret would be too much work though. You might need a separate driver and gunner.
Not sure if you'd need a commander, I guess having someone giving direction to both the driver and gunner is a good idea but with drones there's no reason the commander need be inside the tank at all.

My current group has four ladies, but they seem relatively calm for the most part. On rare occasions one will do something like take a prisoner's pants off, but we tend to ignore it.3/4 are confirmed for not-straight, however
A previous group had like 5-7 women and tended to be a little more explicit. But then again, the GM had like 18 charisma IRL (plus being a non-threatening, multi-lingual foreign hottie who works out), and most of the women were fooling around with him at one time or another, so I'd have to attribute a large part of the increase to him.
