A free western porn game in the vein of IllusionSoft dollhouse games.
It offers a lot of customization compared to newer Japanese h games. You can create girls/boys/shemales, poses, clothes, rooms, items, whatever the fuck you want and make them fuck each other the way you want! This game has top tier character creation, there's sliders for almost everything to make your perfect character/waifu.

Shoxx attests it does. And I believe his word over mine when it comes to the technical functions of the game. It just wouldn't work with my client. But then again I tried to use the fix with GEHorns and *that* won't work with my client either. I'm at a total loss.
But uh--ueah. Try that face out. If once you load a model all you see are spikes shooting up from the feet then try killing your bodymod and reloading the client.

That's what I always do. I have a full backup of my game on a external HHD [and couple of copies of my Binaries and Archives folder waiting in the wings in My Documents in case i really muck something else] and just copy whatever I need over in the event I muck up something.

In fact, looking at the filenames, I think I had 10D as well. I just didnt rename my folder last time I updated.
I dunno, it looks .. a bit better, I guess? One thing I noticed was the the hi-res screenshot was only 16 mb instead of the old 160.
The load time was just the same as before, and my PC used the HD during the launch which leads me to believe it wasn't running from the SSD fully but somehow used the files from the old location (even though I did start it from the new location). Do I need to edit some file paths? Work the registry? If anyone knows, drop me a line.
Also, I noticed the changes I make in main.fx aren't taking place in-game with Alt+R so I'm guessing it's not working quite like it's supposed to.

See--don't sit in the Paris Apartment. There's no natural light thus there's no way of really showcasing your waifus. In fact I'd venture to say that sitting in a lightless map is like returning to the days of Hook 2. There's a light_definition in Modsgarden that throws in /some/ light but it's still pretty shit.
Try going into a blank room with a good light definition, mang. That's the only way you'll really tell the difference between the hooks.

Yeah, that got changed in later versions. I hate that. You make an edit in main.fx and hit alt+R expecting the differences to take effect and all you get is Reshade in the upper left corner telling you that everything has already been compiled so you have to restart the client entirely.

I do have a level definition. The sydney bathroom lev_def is one of the best, so I can only assume the new hook is doing something to negate the effects. Or do you mean I should make the lighting more dramatic? Editing those definitions is yet another thing that feels like rocket science.
Clipping is kinda unavoidable with certain items. Also about the smiling: I _think_ I downloaded something at some point that negates stupid facial expressions, since my models looked funny when grinning. I will try to locate what file that was and try without it.

I did download the disco files from MG pervokpetr linked. What's the right folder for them?
Okay, now I think I got most of the things under control... disco shader works, tongues aren't glowing anymore, shabax's tip on fixing the hair bug worked... phew, it's a lot of work getting the settings back after you switch hook.
Only thing now is the super glow in venran's loft (and I assume other places too) which no longer gets fixed with the exact same settings as in old main.fx, which is
#define glow_to_color 0.5
#define glow_to_hdrbloom 0.5
So that needs a fixin' too.

Overall everything just has a washed look with the new hook as opposed to my old settings where everything was a bit more robust. It might be a settings / main.fx thing.

Whenever I update to a new hook I make sure to at least copy over the stats I have concerning the shadows, saturation and borders. I have very, very basic tastes and my screens totally reflect that. I'm not on my PC ATM.

I have #define USE_FXAA_FILTER off on my current hook (10D?) as well, so it's not the problem, unless you're implying that I could balance the blandness with FXAA (although I don't understand what causes such a change between hooks).
I again tried to use the new hook, but the problem is still that while outdoor shots are okay, the rooms that should be darker with levdef are way too bright. I tried various things to fix it, but I'm incredibly annoyed that editing main.fx simply doesn't work with Alt+R anymore and I really can't be arsed to spend 3-4 minutes loading the game over and over every time I make a change.
So back to hook 10D, at least for now.

Sounds like either your patches are not up to date, or you forgot to get the latest R9 addon script.
Also, things like Orca and Hairsizer mods can conflict with eachother depending on what versions you have.
If all else fails try a clean install.

More shadows. Level_definitions which amplify the lights in maps. Not much since then beyond a host of Addons and poses and models and shit. VerySlow updates his entire payload into a torrent so instead of starting from scratch you can have his up-to-date client and files. Beyond that? Nothin'.

Goes in the folder of the skin you'll be using. FYI--that guy's FWH.png is solid but unless it's matched with VerySlow's hdb3 skin the face will be off-color to the rest of the body. Also it has it's own eyebrows tatted on so there may be conflicts with that.

You won't reach my quality or Takashiro's for movie making, but at least you can still run the game for your own enjoyment at very high details running at over 60fps, and produce screenshots that are just as good as ours.
With this setup, you can also play PC games that look better than PS4 or Xbone. So it's a worthy investment.

4GB mod is a patch for memory issues. The game by default only uses 2GB of RAM, that patch makes it use a maximum of 4.

The problem is that this game is a cracked version of a MUCH older game. Like, 2003-06 old. Sure it looks amazing with all the graphical enhancements, but it's still a super old engine.
Hell, most of the modifications that exist nowadays have been throwing stuff at the wall and see what sticks. There's no documentation of the engine like, say, Unreal would have, and so really digging in and cracking it to work with an electronic onahole would take more time the russkies have or want to waste.

I have some CharacterXX.cc and .png from a previous install, but when i bring them to my new isntall they don't appear, do I need to import them / modify something to get TK to use them?
This is confusing, could anyone explain or clarify....
TK customize tool, you can load in previously saved settigns for all the tabs (body/clothes/face/tatoos/etc) - This literally jsut loads slider settings, and applies them to whichever body / face is currently in use.
How do you actually specify which body/face is used, is the only way by cloning an existing model with body/face you want and editing that?
Also, does the game basically support 3 body types max- female / male / shemale... or are tehre variations?

Textures go on Mod/ActiveMod. They should appear in-game in the Customizer.
If you mean .txx files, they go on Archives/2.114.001. Those are internal files that will modify the game itself, and as such you won't see them until you start the shit up.
