Copyright is reason why files are "hidden" on XDCC, and why I don't want give straight steps for it.
But to get started, download any IRC-client, like XChat and connect to network where are all other anime and *4chan* related channels.
And then paste that command from XDCC page to your IRC-client.

CCCP is fine, you just have to enable QuickSync instead of Cuvid because you have that, it'll offload vidio from CPU and GPU to the HD4000 which supports 4K hardware decoding alone by itself.
I must point out that your i5 will be severely bottlenecked by your 8gb ram though.
You have a SSD, and a decent CPU, but the ram is your weakest link between the two.
Fuck the haters I can play 4K H264 videos on my Q9300 from 2008 with CCCP. Hell I can even play 4K H265 videos if I allocate a bit more buffer.

i7-4790K/GTX760 here. QuickSync is not available for use in my configuration. A cursory Google search shows that attempting to get QuickSync working with a configuration like this is a royal PITA. His GPU is more than capable of handling everything he feels like throwing at it while watching videos, so 'freeing up' his GPU shouldn't be an issue at all. Can't comment on power use, but I just don't see wasting time on a hybrid solution being worthwhile.

You have a K series CPU which doesn't have the IGP so it have QuickSync.
A regular Intel i series CPU has the IGP and QuickSync, and all you have to do is choose it in LAV Video decoder to use it.
QuickSync has a higher accuracy, and better speed and is recommended on forums regarding encoding/decoding/transcoding.
With QuickSync you basically watch videos with CPU and GPU in low near idle state.

My main project is that XDCC bot, almost every file is there (excluding over 10gb files that are available via torrents), and there is even files that aren't listed anywhere else.
Of K2S, main reason to select it was Akiba-Online. To be honest, for uploaders their site works well and they offer over 2tb storage.
And no, I am not full jew with it by using "premium only"-links or using 1 hour download timer. And there is downloader friendly mirror for files too
Now I am testing openload.io-site, since CloudZilla gone worse after that "neodrive upgrade", but sadly their file manager doesn't work as well as K2S'.
Reason why I don't use MEGA is their 50gb storage (even it's soft quota), and creating 18 MEGA accounts would take while.
