When I launch with the english launcher it crashes just after selecting the different clubs and the schools name and all that, and with the jap launcher the roster is still in moonrunes. Anyone else encountered these problems? I've attached a pic of the mods I installed with wizzard.

Had installed all the dlc in pastebin. Tried the HF patch and it's working now.
I recently re-downloaded the whole thing (all official dlcs/appends + HF-patch), and have a small problem. No matter how many interactions I do, the statuses toward my PC don't change, they are all "I don't really know". The NPCs are getting statuses between them normally, although slower than I'm used to.
Any ideas as to what might be wrong? Or maybe something was changed in this regard since I last played (I played around update 3-5, I think)?

if you get the incremental updates, you need to install them one by one
with the all-in-one patch, only install the latest (v12), plus the Append support patches
though the easiest way is to just install the HF patch, it has all that included, then you only need to install the Append sets (I + II) and you're good to go
