It's a release code or catalogue code, the letters indicate the publisher label or series and the numbers a serial number.
Most japanese publishers have multiple labels, sometimes the label changes depending on content, distribution medium or other things. In general you should just consider it an opaque identifier for any given release.

So I've been thinking that there needs to be an HD starter version. Something that uses the newer and better textures that are available from all over. I actually started a fresh install on my own where I'm not putting any shitty megapacks or uncategorized poses.
Maybe it's something that can be released along with hook4 when it is out. But I'd enjoy it if people would contribute and collaborate on making something like this happen. Recommend stuff etc.

When hook4 is properly released it stands to reason it'll be integrated into The Klub so we'll move from 7.5. to, like, 8.0. When that gets packaged in a link will be provided.
But an "essentials" pack of recommended items? That sounds really good. Some bros take a while to get acclimated to Modgarden's U.I. Shit, some people still don't know where the damn hairs are located. I'd gladly seed a pack of clothing and items like that's up to date if someone sprung for it.
An HD starter version sounds like it's be great were it coupled with 4x skins however. And I don't fuck with 4x skins.
