I don't take color, never have. The pain, yeah it is there for sure. I have really worked hard to stay in shape by not drinking and abusing my body. Taking all of the bumps adds up no matter how you slice it though. Luckily when you get to the better promotions and you work with better workers, they know how to not sandbag or be so stiff and it's not as bad.
