Grosjean is actually quite good on paper. He supposedly has a great ability to find pace in a car that engineers think to be impossible. This is not some fanboy shit, even Christian Horner has said that if he could choose a driver on pace alone it would be Grosjean.
That being said, it's his attitude that keeps him from ever getting a good seat. He is happy when things go well, when things go mildy wrong he is devastated and basically shits on the team for ruining the car, and this negativity further affects his performance. He should learn from what Vettel is doing. Of course Ferrari is shit and they've cost him victories on strategy alone this season yet he refuses to shit on them because it's not wise to do so.

My major salt with him stems from the fact that Schumi's car was like a fucking magnet for his antics. In 2012 Malaysia, he maintained third off the grid, only to get tapped by Grosjean and spun around. As well as Monaco, Schumi had a monstrous start, and was just slammed into the wall by Grosjean.

This was the reason Alonso will never win another title, and why he'd never win a title at Ferrari. Why was the KERS system scrapped?
Using it in F12013 it's actually a great gameplay mechanic because you can use it to counter the effect of DRS. It was also interesting to see where each driver used it and it was another factor that drivers have specific control over.
They should really make it so that it is up to the driver to deploy it where they want rather than a constant thing it is now. Of course it's a bit gimmicky but so is fucking DRS so...

They just set up partnerships with the top two teams and only design tyres really for their cars and everyone else has to just accept it (Ferrari/Bridgestone vs Renault/Michelin).
Either 1 manufacturer or open manufacturers where the teams are left to source for tyres which meet some tyre regulations on size, materials and what not.
So Ferrari can go to Bridgestone, Renault can get Michelin's, McLaren can get Hankook, Haas can get Goodyears, smaller teams get Dunlop....etc
