At the end of every season every player is a free agent but teams pick players school yard style. With the worst team of the previous season getting first pick. The championship team can only keep one player as a reward for winning.

Either let teams draft right out of high school and and make the D-league a fully-fleshed farm system, or make players wait until at least their junior year in college before they can declare for the draft

Limit teams to 10 three point makes a game. If a team has already made 10 three pointers in a game, every made shot from behind the line would only be worth two points.

The three point shot was invented to add interest to close late game situations, and not for memechucking and spamming every possession like a computer hacker on crack.

Doing so would bring back essential elements of the game such as post play, dribble moves, etc.
