Guys, I need some help. I've been managing 1860 Munchen for 6 years, got them out of the 2. Bundesliga and won the title last year with them. I have a pretty good squad with some World Class players and I can compete for a Champions League in 2 years time.
But now, I have received 2 very interesting offers, from Marseille and AC Milan.
In Marseille, I would have a pretty mediocre squad but a great academy. The league is completely dominated by PSG and Monaco (they finished 30 points ahead of Lyon, which were 3rd).
In Milan, I have a fallen giant with a pretty decent roster, but they are 100M€ in debt . They spent 170M€ last year on mediocre players and I would have a decent rebuilding job to do. The league has been dominated by Juve, but Roma won it last year.
What should I do? Stay with 1860 and only leave after an European title, go to Marseille or go to Milan?

Always. I had a team meeting after the game and demanded that we start performing better to stay in the league and they all agreed that they were shit and needed to stop being shit. Yeah that is the most fun part. On some old forums they had "achievements" and a leaderboard for the San Marino challenge and one of them is winning a Serie A game with an all Sammarinese lineup and then winning the league with a majority Sammarinese team. When you get to Serie A and increase your facilities, eventually even your shittest regens will likely play for San Marino because even though you don't need them they are all "potential Serie B players".
If you're really autistic, you can nurture a Sammarinese domestic club and hope they can help the nation and increase the coefficient for better money/facilities/regens. Last year in FM15, clubs in San Marino started becoming Semi-Pro after a while.
