Hi everyone, i've a scoliosis ( 6 degrees) i want it to be at 2 or 3 degrees
This is possible with sports like bodybuilding ?
scolios is worse than cancer or AID
i have to cure this disease

Your degree of bend is too little to really do anything, mine is 11% and its not worth having surgery. Yoga has been helpful, you really just need to strengthen the muscles. Massage, Chiropractic care or a back brace are other options that can help.
