This shape is almost how Wales played during the Euros. I would recommend using what Coleman did:
The thing you must do is to have the 3 man central midfield as holder-runner-attacker:
- Drop one of the CMs to a defensive/holding role. Should be a Joe Allen DLP(d) to get the ball from your CBs.
- The next CM should be Ledley, so either a BWM(s) or BBM.
- The next one has to have an attacking role. If you want the 3-man mid, it should be a CM(a) to bust into the box like Andy King. An AMC can also work:
- SS-Treq can be a good AMC partnership, which is like Ramsey and Bayol
- If you prefer the 3 man central mid, I think Treq will be a good role. Your Bale.
- Robson-Kanu was probably a CF(s), but an AF might work better on tribble. Something that gets into the channels. Your CM(a) will be busting into the box on a straight line to get tap-ins so to get your striker moving out wide will be useful. If your striker is more of a target man, a support role will work well.
Also, I recommend going for a stopper-defend-stopper CB lineup. It'll give you more cover on the flanks, which is what you need since you've already packed the middle.
You can play this to counter or possession since you have 2 playmakers and a narrow midfield in an overall hoofy shape. It'll stave off relegation.

The 2) non-HG player (which the dumbass FA illegally interpreted as "having a HUN passport" until last month) rule grants +2 extra "good" players to the strongest teams for the _whole_ season (regardless their EL/CL results).
Plus these rules have been born last summer, so 3) they knew the final standing already. Even worse, in the process they were 4) shitting on their own rules and 5) disqualified three teams not entirely rightfully to be able to introduce a 12-team league.
And where's the grand final in this drama? That teams whose president / owner is politically committed DO NOT need this money thanks to the indirect / hidden aid from public money. Meanwhile the rest must obey the FA's blackmailing potential to get by.

They "just" can't get the U21 part of the bonus, which is 25% of the max overall value. Also, don't expect official explanation from the FA - a season passed and we STILL don't know the exact method of how the _rest_ of the TV / sport betting money is being distributed.
