6 balls are drawn from Pot 1 to form A-League matchups.
18 balls are drawn from Pot 2 to form member federation matchups.
The last 8 balls are drawn from Pot 2 and Pot 1 respectively to form member federation vs. A-League matchups. Member teams are always at home in this case
