I decided to try my hand at it and was getting mid30s to 40s. Thinking I probably lack arm strength and am weak as hell, I then see the pilates section and grab some. Then I grab the ball then start chucking 80s. I was a tiny little fucboi with skinny ass arms and now I'm pitching faster than Jered Weaver.
I know I don't work out but what the fuck? Are pilates that magical??

Ryan is the all-time strikeout king, Marichal lead the league in wins Niekro lead the league in wins, strikeouts, innings pitched. Bumgarner has lead in nothing. He's a 3 ERA pitcher that has won championships with his team. That's very nice but not hall of fame.
