Is John Luigi Buffon the best goalkeeper of the world ?
It's Jan Linguini Bafon.
That's Manuel Neuer
>>69024616
you need to get your eyes tested, that's clearly Buffon
OF ALL TIME
that's Bon Jovi Baffoon
He'll never retire. He'll be like the Ric Flair of goalkeepers, playing in nets for Italy into his late 50's. And still be the best.
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
>>69024588
Yes, man hasn't been in his prime for ages now and he's still GOATing it up
Hopefully they at least keep their streak alive against the most bandwagoned NT
>>69025766
When is Italy playing United States?
>>69025794
July 2nd in bizarro world
>>69024588
Jean-Louis le Bouffon
I'll tell you what, he's surely the best at swearing
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oUX4hUPaGLg
>>69024588
Thats Joao-Lugo Buffoninho
>>69024588
Jean Louis Buffon, a.k.a Bufaozinho in BR
>>69024588
He's the best GK the game has ever seen
>>69024588
You mean Juan Luis Borges?
That's João Luís Bufão
>>69024588
No, it's Joe Hart, England's No. 1.
He is among the best ever, like Pfaff, Kahn, Neuer, Trautmann.
Anyone who should be added to the five?
I think generally Germany seems to have the best average goal keeper quality. I think every Bundesliga keeper could be the NT number 1 in 95% of national teams, just quality-wose.
>>69024588
Yes Joni Luukas Buffola is the best goalkeeper in the world.
>>69026403
en donde vives marica?
>>69026771
>this insecurity
fuck off ahmed
>>69026771
Khan, he was a god damn beast in fifa 96 game.
>>69026880
No, it's just an observation I made. Germany has a goal keeper culture, and I was always a bit buffled by the fact that the great clubs in spain and england always buy all those true and tested strikers and midfielders from all over the world, but never come for a german striker.
>>69026771
>no Sepp
baka
>>69026932
>a german striker.
German keeper, I mean.
>>69026961
Not as good as the ones I listed. Still a great one.
>>69026932
>>69026966
Because the good ones are usually playing for Bayern already by the time they come good
Jens Lehmann for Arsenal is the exception, and he was a downgrade from Seaman in every way
> mfw my part italian heritage gave me wavy hair
> i will never have buffon hair
>>69027035
Nah, before Neuer played for Bayern we had a luxory problem who we should play in our NT: Rene Adler, Robert Enke, or Neuer? But then Adler got an injury and Enke tried to hold something that was too much for him, so we got Neuer. And even before that we had guys like Hildebrandt, Weidenfeller or Wiese and many more, all quality keepers. I think ter Stegen is playing in Spain right now, isn't he?
>>69024588
he was the best at some points in football history, and he has been world class for longer than any other GK.
right now I honestly wouldnt trade him for neuer though. He may make mistakes sometimes, which everybody does, but to me Neuer is the Goalkeeper with the biggest chance of winning a game by himself
>>69027165
would neuer be better if he was more conservative? or is his mentality what makes him great
did someone say best goalkeeper in the world?
>>69027137
City and Liverpool were after ter Stegen if I recall, but he chose to stay at Barcelona instead
>>69024588
He is called Han Luke Bubbafeet
>>69027211
>would neuer be better if he was more conservative?
no, he's world class on the line, but not the best. if he would be conservative, he'd be a lesser kahn at best. nullifying chances before they get dangerous with his footballing skills and athleticism is his biggest strength
>>69027263
Agreed. He does things that would get most keepers dropped if they tried to pull them off
>>69027211
His gimmicks like going out further than usual aren't what make him a great keeper, they just make him funny and likable in social media.
He is always there even when he doesn't have a lot to do for 85 minutes. He got like 5 shots on the goal all tournament, but all of them he managed flawlessly, even dangerous ones like the header against Slovakia, or that one shot against Poland.
>>69027263
>no, he's world class on the line, but not the best
Who's better? Seriously asking.
>>69024588
Jew Lü Bu is the best goalkeeper of all time
>>69027356
>Who's better?
between neuer and buffon? both in their prime I would say buffon
>>69027403
cont: only on the line though, overall I can't really say
>>69026218
What did he say?
>>69026521
Buffoon has been in his prime since he was 20
>>69026107
mdr tapette
So what countries have the best goalkeeping history after Germany and Italy?
No one-hit wonders like Denmark.
>>69026771
>Neuer
No
It's too soon to tell
And also Italy has just as good of an average
>Zoff
>Buffon
>Pagliuca
>Rossi
>Toldo
why are the good gks always likeable guys? except obviously for Chilavert
>>69027035
>Jens Lehmann
He was at Milan too
Batigol destroyed him,he played like 5 matches and then left at Winter lmfao
>>69029559
>why are the good gks always likeable guys?
no idea, maybe being pelted with soccer balls all day for years gives them a proper perspective on life
>>69029559
You forgot Dudek
>>69024809
>Ric Flair of goalkeepers
why did I chuckle at this
>>69029559
gk's are more humble and less arrogant than field players, they are also natural born leaders and often captain.
>>69024588
Its Sr. Juan Luis Bufon
>>69029451
England
>>69029451
for the past 15 years or so, the United States have had solid goalkeepers
>>69029451
we do
>>69024588
No, that's Juan Luis Bufón
>>69029559
Because good gks are reliable, you can't be a good gk and go missing from an important match like so many field players do, and you can't be lazy, and you gotta have some balls.
>>69024588
HE CAN'T KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH THOSE DISPLAYS OF YOUTH.
>>69024588
no, that's John Loogie Buffoon *fart noise*
>>69024588
He is. The GOAT GK
He's also the only last remaining from comfy 90/2000 football era
>inb4 Oliver Khan crybabies
>>69026771
Lev Yachine comes to mind
>>69026771
>Kahn
>Eligible for GOAT Status
>Mfw
When you spill a shot that was right at you from 25 yards out onto the feet of none other than Ronaldo Luís Nazário de Lima in the WORLD CUP FINAL, letting your entire country down, you lose your eligibility for GOAT status.
>>69030150
>LOL
>>69026771
wasn't kahn that goalkeeper who let a ball in under his armpits or something?
wasn't van der sar that goalkeeper who caught 3 penalties in a row
>>69026771
Zoff and Preudhomme
Tell me /spee/, how does he loko so good?
>>69031769
head & shoulders
>>69024588
It's Jan Ludwik Bufoński.
>Tall
>Rich
>Bright eyes
>amazing head of hair

There is a god and he made us to be unequal
>>69025794
>implying the United States would score
>>69031933
>almost 40 years old
>still in top shape
>>69030954
This.
Kahn being GOAT my ass
>>69024588
Obviously
>>69024588
jesus he just the record for going 12 matches without a goal against him and that happened this season
nope
stays in his comfort zone in italy
would get rekt in a physical league like the EPL
>>69032804
no one falls for the EPL meme anymore John, pls stop doing that. You are embarrasing yourself.
>>69029451
Belgium?
>>69030954
>>69032206
he was reason we were in the finals you dumb faggots.
>>69024588
>tfw I don't like Juventus but Buffon is one of the few Juve players I never talked shit about.
>>69024588
I thought it was Jimmy Louis Vuitton
>>69030954
>Ronaldo Luís Nazário de Lima
speaking of this when can brazil be likeable again?
>>69024588
As a Naples fan i hate Juve with all my heart but goddamn you can't be angry with this man
>>69032958
THIS.
If you actually watched the 2002 WC you would know that Germany's poor defense was bailed out many, many times in group and in knock outs by Kahn being in GOAT mode.
>>69024809
He will plays another couple fo years so the new Gianluigi we built in a laboratory will be fully functional
>being 1,96 at 17 y/o
>>69027497
porco dio
>>69024588
That's Johan Ludvig Bergfors, famous Swedish goalkeeper.
>>69024588
It's jihad rpg boomfun
Isn't it Ivan Lvovich Borisov?
>>69024588
You're confusing Buffon with Jānis Luijs 'Janka' Bufons
>>69024588
I disagree
Surely you mean Ivan "Dugi" Bufonić.
João Luís Bufão
>>69024588
>>69024588
You mean Jonnie Linguini "The Buffalo Boy" Buffet right?
Jean Louis Bouffon
>>69024588
john louis jeb o'fon
>>69024588
His name is Johnny Bufoon.
Which one?
currently? Noiah has the edge
throughout his whole career? best in history
Johan Ludvik Buffsson? I think that is his actual name.
>>69026771
german bro, i knwo you are scared like hell right now, but there is no need to tell us all this bullshit, everyone know the best goalkeepers are italian, you only had one or two very good players in that role
and let's hope to have fun in the next game togheter ;^)
>>69033703
Absolutely based
He is unironically pretty good too
>>69029451
i think this is the most realistic top 3:
1. italy
2. germany
3. spain
other NT only get good keeper sometimes, not in every single Competitions, like Van Der Sarr, Cech, Julio Cesar, ecc.
>>69026771
>No Lehmann
>No Barthez
>No Toldo
>No Dida
>>69024588
great shitposting claude
>>69030954
pathetic bait senpai
>>69026521
kek
>>69030150
I know you're trolling but apart from Tim Howard's good performance in the world cup do you guys have any promising talent ?
Why has no one in this thread mentioned De Gea? Just look at the saves he made v Italy. Playing behind the shitshow defenses of Spain and Man U has pushed him to another level.
>>69034466
We sure will have fun when your old fucks get wheelchaired onto the pitch. ',:^)
>>69029451
>Tomaszewski
>Dudek
>Boruc
>Szczęsny
>Fabiański
>>69034878
Polandbro is right. They have some really, really solid keepers.
>>69034509
>Lehmann
>Dida
Are you fucking serious? I'm only not calling you out on Barthez because at this point he might be underrated.
That's Jan-Lowie Buffen
That's Jasiek-Ludwik Buc
>>69034510
