Is it time for it to rest?
>Moves to Oklahoma
>OKC gets really good and popular
>People want the team back
>City too full, stadium would make traffic hell
>Guy who started move died
>NBA still says no need
>Portland, GS and any west coast teams are losing popularity
>Seahawks, Mariners and Sounders still show no popularity even though we have a super bowl win because of bad seasons.
>Short film made recently
>Films normally mean that something someone did is over, and is a distant memory
>All the banners and retired numbers are put away in a museum locked away
>Our Larry O'brien trophy is in a case with a banner on display in the same museum
>1996 the last sonics finals appearance was 20 years ago
>The sonics left 7 years ago
RIP sweet prince, nobody else seems to care but seattle, and even then it's fading. Good night forever.
They moved to OKC you idiot, no shit they're not coming back.
Pretty sure they moved because no one cared about the Sonics anymore.

But they promised, 7 years ago they said we would have it back. I think they forgot after 2012

Because Seattle is a trash city full of bandwagon hipsters, you should only be allowed a soccer team

It wasn't always a hipster city. It won't be for that long, I promise you.

>>Portland, GS and any west coast teams are losing popularity

Now that GS is not winning, more people will go to another team, most likely Cleveland. Same happened with seattle, Win a superbowl, lose a super bowl. Lose a good amount of fair weather fans and bandwagoners, it's good for us but bad for money
