The reason I say 7 is because so many people say the reason prom/rel won't work is because it would just end up with Italy/Georgia swapping non-stop and would be dull and pointless. Also, people would probably complain endlessly if their team got relegated, but if there are not one but two meme mainland europe teams then at least it's justified, you lose to both Italy and Georgia you deserve to go down, whereas maybe you don't if Italy fluke a win over you.
And nah can't have too much swapping in these sorts of comps there aren't enough teams to justify potentially two teams being relegated, that's 1/3rd of the competition.

Take the Bulls of 07 - 10 for example. Besides Steyn, Habana and FdP their backline wasn't good what they had was good forwards that played to that strength.
Same can be said of older English teams.
I can see your point of rating the backline higher than any forwards bar McCheat but that is because NZ has always had players with flair and ball skills. Something which we have lacked but still managed to win two World Cups.
I personally wouldn’t have 9 as the second most important player and then have hooker so low. Hookers are integral to getting your scrums and line outs going which lays the platform for your backline obviously this is only my opinion and in no way do I want to start a my country/perception is better than yours desu

I've been keen to try Retallick for captain for a while Tbh, but he would have to be groomed for the role first. Same for the other two with regards to grooming. Read is important to have for the meantime due to his captaincy experience at SR and international levels.
