Curry will be the greatest shooter of all time. its pretty tight.
There is more to being a basketball player than shooting the ball however. it is obviously a HUGE factor in greatness, but Curry is glaringly substandard at all the the other facets of the game beyond shooting. You could plop Lebron into any era of the NBA and he's an all time great, at any position. you put Curry in the NBA even 15 years ago and he gets a career ending injury the first time he's checked by a defender.
Curry is the best shooter ever, but is a huge beneficiary of today's rules and gameplay. Similar to how Jay Cutler will have more passing yards than Steve Young when its all said and done. The game evolves, but Lebron's skill set is ALWAYS dominant, Curry's is unstoppable, but only when you make the league wide decision to outlaw defense.
