It actually does shit all to keep the tires warm at this speed, but it does help scrub off rubber pickup that collects because you aren't putting any cornering load in.

The Volvo 240 after 20 years gets electrical issues, as they made the wire harness bio-degradable. Also, I would of needed to buy another 240 to supply parts for the driving 240 as parts got pricey. (Windshield wiper motor - 300 USD for example)
New Volvos are not as good as the 240, and it wasn't in the price range. I paid 17k for the mazda 3 and now have 130k miles on it.
