Here's on for you I used to box, then jkd, the bjj, then some amateur mma. I took this about a month ago, I'm early 30's. 5'11 around 175. Body fat around 6-9 percent. Like marathon runner shit. When I was doing Amma I was around 180. I could cut down to 155 no problem. When your body fat is really really low, and your smaller framed like me (not working out non 5-6000 calories a day my weight will drop to 140-135) all you have to do is a lot of fiber for a week and cut down carbs and sodium. You'll shit out 5-7 lbs, drop 8-10 lbs of water weight and fluid, and burn off 2 or 3 percent or another 3-5 lbs of body fat. Then chew on an ice bag (drain saliva fight hunger), cut your hair (all of it body wise), jack off a couple of times, trim your nails, take something to empty your bowels completely, and take a couple hot showers the day before and bam. These fighters a lot of them act like its hell on earth, it's not really. Sucks for a day. Otherwise you shouldn't be in that division.
Usually people think I weigh around 165-155. It's because everyone in America is well fat. Gsp body fat was around 9-11 percent no shit. But he was 5'10 180-185. Average American is around 25%. Body fat makes people look heavier than they are when they have clothes on. Then shirt off you get the brad Pitt fight club effect where he's 6'1 155.
Tldr fat people's look heavy. The guy is probably 12-15 percent even that is a decent athlete.

we have essentially 4.5 cards headliners left unmade for the year, and the year is still not half over. with 201 and 200 booked fairly well, and 202 and 203 somewhat picked. 204 a mystery, 205 is MSG, and 206 all those other left over champions who haven't fought since june/july
every champ except those slated fights already or who have already fought in june/july, have fights booked.
