That was my personal ranking. To me it would be a Greee 2004 because I think Belgium plays like shit as a team, they have lots of injuries and their individual players are overrated.

I can see a team like Belgium possibly making a run. This is their time and the window of opportunity is closing quick for them to win an international trophy.
Italy is down. Spain is old. Portugal missed their window of opportunity.
Croatia is a darkhorse team, but they I don't think they have the horses to beat Germany or France.

De Gea is at worst the second best keeper in the tournament. Spain's defence is easily top 3. Spain's midfield easily top 2. Spain's attack is at least better than Germany's. They've got the most successful manager on top of that.
And then you look at their group - only Croatia will pose a threat. And after winning their group the hardest possible team they'll get is Sweden in the last 16, Poland in the quarters, and Belgium/England in the semis probably.
