Maybe not, there's still some doubt about the midfield. If Danilo starts, he would be a sure bet but he is a defensive midfielder against a defensive team.
The other three will probably be Moutinho, João Mário and André Gomes. In normal conditions Moutinho is the most regular and best performer, Mário and Gomes are still very inconsistent so I can't recommend picking them up over Moutinho because they may fuck up, but keep in mind they are also more likely to play better. Moutinho is still the safest bet for sure.

The formations are irrelevant in this format because of how the substitutions work. You literally just play whoever is playing earliest, regardless of position and sub them out if they perform badly.
For this reason, depth is super important, meaning it's ok to have CBs because they're cheaper than full-backs and are only slightly less effective. I agree that DMs are trash though - there's literally no reason to have people like Busquets or Kante in your team

My issue with Nolito is that Spain are a pretty low scoring team in general and goals seem to come from anywhere.
