So, keeping in mind the cap, maybe a team of Delladova-Shumpert-LeGod-Love-Mozgov? I really think this team would win a chip, and it leaves a lot of room in the cap for a nice bench, maybe get a guy who can go hot like JR Smith (I think he'd do well in Cleveland away from the clubs in NY), even pay Kyrie to run the second unit as the scorer and handler.
This is my opinion from 2014 though, so things might have changed since then.
