just order disposable soft lenses online, they're cheap as fuck. I do contact sports (muay thai, BJJ) and have never had a problem.

I just wear contacts. Had them fall out during rugby matches a few times, one of them I could see it on the grass so just put it back in (not recommended though, that's how you get an ulcer or some shit)

the most common problem with contact lenses is when water gets in them, and while water isn't great for normal contact with your eyes, the problem is when water with parasites bacteria etc sits in your eyes for a length of time. a korean girl didn't take her contacts out for 12 months and the bacteria from water got into her eye and ate her retina, blinding her. basically there's little chance of anything happening if you do something like that, but it is a risk and you'd be stupid to take that risk regularly
