Balić is a lot different player, he really has much more potential and if everything plays out in his favour he will be better than Modrić, but i kinda doubt it he doesn't look passionate enough to make it
But on the serious note i could really see them buying Vlašić from Hajduk given the fact they are in kinda good realtions and Hajduk doesn't have tendency to sell their player to big clubs, so i could see Palermo going for him.
