As a unit, Poch has got Tottenham playing very good football and as a team together they are a better than Arsenal.
But in terms of individual talent Arsenal are better in several positions.
Remember that before Poch got things sorted at Spurs Walker was godawful, Rose was godawful, Dembele was bang average, Vertonghen was bang average after his fantastic first season, Lamela was awful, and Chadli was bang average too.
Looking at their regular lineup, all of the Spurs players aside from Eriksen have only become good in the past year or so.
They've got fantastic team chemistry which is why they play so well together. That's the kind of chemistry we need at Arsenal. But without Poch they wouldn't be challenging like they have done this season.

Giroud is a very wishy washy player. When he's on form he will bang them in but when he's off form he's a massive liability. This is proven by the fact that although he went on a MASSIVE 15 match run without a goal this season, he still managed to score 20 something goals. When he's on form, he has a very good return.
This is why I don't think we should sell him.
He should NOT, however, be first choice striker. We need to sign a more capable goalscorer desperately.
