I feel bad for the few players who are trying, like Gagai and the better Sims brother, but it's on the team as much as the management.
It might be lower grade, but all these new guys are still coming from a relatively professional league and they should be performing better than 62-0 quality.
And it's easy to attribute things to the young players, but you have people like Jeremy Smith, Mickey Paea, Hodkinshit, Robbie Rochow, Uate etc who all have decent years under their belt and should be able to do more. It was clear how much Mullen added to the team when he was getting involved and leading from the front, surely someone else who isn't made of glass could fill that role.
