I've seen us lose 4 FA cup semi finals, 2 League Cup semi finals and 4 Playoff finals.
Of the 10 I went to 8 of them and watched one with friends down the pub and the other with family on tv as a kid.
I've also witnessed another 4 failed playoff semis and three relegations.
On the plus side, we got promoted once in this 23 year period. That's it, that's my lot in life to date.

I can't complain too much because we won two Owls earlier, but if we beat the Packers that day the Steelers would be a dynasty in the 00's. The only team with TWO dynasties in their history. Some of those guys are already likely HOF'ers, but this win would've pushed a couple more of the fringe guys into the Hall also.
