Is there any martial art where my low weight and poor muscle mass is not entirely a disadvantage?

Literally no. Being small and having no strength is not good for fighting.
Boxing. A pro featherweight would knock out any bodybuilder.
You don't grow muscle on your temple or nose.
Btw I didn't mean for real life fights. Just for the sport competitions.

You'll compete against manlets of your size in any combat sport anyway. There's a reason there are weight categories.

A pro featherweight still has top tier muscle mass for his weight tho. Besides you can't call a sport literally divided in weight classes as one where size doesn't matter.
