Since relegation isn't possible and there are no other competitions(Champions League for example) to qualify for, the other half of the league could be incentivized to win with a combination of determining a teams percentage of revenue shares + determining draft picks

There are little things that can be done like reduce timeouts or allow more defensive physicality, but at its essence I think it is what it is. By not watching it. I was spoiled growing up to 90's NBA where they played like men and lots of teams had real Centers that controlled the paint and posted up. Franchise players stayed on their teams until they got old. They didn't leave teams or fire the head coach when they lost to the Bulls. Also, Im sick and tired of guys shooting and missing miracle 3's at the buzzer when their team is only down 1 or 2 points. No trash talking and no posting up sucks either.
