let´s say i work for a small team, (but big enough to be on some betting sites), on the maintenance department and have access to the electrical panel... some of our games occur at night, so no eletricity = no game, when a problem happens the ref decides if the game is canceled, or if the problem can be fixed soon, they wait. luckily i´m the person that reports the situation, and i´m the person that was supposed to fix the electricy issue.
