Same with Germany, the league elo average is slightly higher for those 2 but the variance is crazy. Half the teams in la liga are championship tier compared to England. The average elo of la liga is 60 points higher that England but then you have the bottom half of la liga that is hampionship tier. There are just a few teams in la liga that are almost +300 away from the average of their league while some teams that are almost -300.
