I've read that a French guy did the experiment on a French FM forum. He scouts the team and hits at whoever might be the weak link considering his scout's report. It can work both ways: if the player has high "Important matches", he'll be more motivated than ever. If the player has abysmal pressure he can very easily collapse. Something to try when you know the opposition's keeper is the sub or even the 3rd choice with terrible mentals.

Considering that a potato can be 5 star, start by adding leagues until the lowest division of your country (unless it's England, you'll be fine to go until D4), then add the big countries and your neighbour ones and equally relevant ones (like Mexico if you coach in the USA), then regen lands (Brazil and Argentina). Then keep adding leagues until you reach 3 stars or something.

I think I'm starting to understand how IWBs actually work. They're basically like IF(S): they stay mostly wide but instead of going wide and play a cross, they try to play towards the attacking midfielders and the striker when he drops deep. No wonder no one (including me) thought they were working: the description is complete bollocks. From reading it, you'd expect that they stay inside much more and act almost like CMs (like Lahm) since it's literally written as such in FM 15 (heard the description is tweaked in FM16 but I remember it's still shit), which they don't. Helps me in this tactics since instead of pulling a cross that goes nowhere, they try to find the two AMCs with their passes then push into the box when allowed. Nice Match Engine Miles, nice descriptions too.

It seems that in match every so often, it'll either slow down so badly that it takes five minutes to simulate 30 seconds of gameplay (this'll last five minutes and then go back to normal) or it'll completely lockup and I'll have to restart my laptop.
It's only FM that does it. I've done every kind of thing and I can't understand why FM is having this effect on my CPU. Any suggestions? Please?
