Because unlike NFL teams, football teams over here require good management for them to be good investments. you cannot do shit and make money as an owner like you can in the nfl, you can drop down very fast and lose a lot of money in doing so. the worth of these clubs is the fact that the bubble appears to be inflating ad infinitum, and their worth will never depreciate. if you invest in it smartly, you will make small profit yearly as well as having an assets that will never ever lose value and continue gaining value at unbelievable rates
