Money is obviously a big factor with PSG but the state of Ligue 1 will dissuade a lot of players from joining them. PSG are caught in a limbo of being far, far better than the rest of their league, yet nowhere near good enough to win the Champions League. I don't think Mahrez is one for statpadding against Angers when he could be doing relevant shit for Leicester in the PL/CL.

Fuchs has previously stated that he wants to complete his 3 year contract, then go to live with his family in New York. Albrighton is good, but I doubt that he'll be able to cut it at a bigger club.

Which means very little. Liverpool and Man Utd probably won't be playing CL football next season, Chelsea certainly won't, they're still more attractive to players than Leicester.
