Chelsea's team were pretty amazing in the early 2000's, he did very well but another manager might have done equally well. He also wasn't the manager when Chelsea's finest moment came and they won the CL. I agree though that he was a big part why Chelsea are such a big club today and have a much larger global fanbase than say, Man City.
