It's a marathon not a sprint, I've built roll up by staking aggressively but now I'm really conservative. I do have a lot of bets, 148 this month but my roi is 9.2% so far so not like I'm taking bets for the hell of it. If I were to stake 1% smalls, and 2.5% mediums I don't think I'd have the same approach and would find losing runs a lot more difficult. Don't mean to sound rude but it's different when your roll is a lot bigger. Anyway if you have a 6 figure roll you would struggle to have a medium on esiliiga with 2.5% mediums, you would also end up taking a worse price on average as every stake ruins price a bit more. In theoretical sense it's stupid but in reality I think you'll see it's practical and quite common to lower your % stakes as your roll increases. No longer about building up roll and more about conserving it while making money.
