This was the biggest sporting event of the decade last year. Now it's completely irrelevant. What happened?
*biggest sporting scam of the decade
>biggest sporting event of the decade
Literally for who?
Pacquiao fought with a torn labrum, Mayweather spent all night pulling on it until Pac couldn't lift his arm, then Mayweather spent the rest of the fight barely doing anything against a one armed opponent.
Since then Mayweather has basically retired, and Pacquiao has gone out after a victory since Mayweather hasn't agreed to a rematch.
People hated being cheated out of their money, and with no rematch on the horizon, it's been forgotten.
All the hype for this and I watched it at home on a chinese stream where the only english words in the chat box were nigger and spic.

>when /pol/ invaded the stream
Biggest sporting event of the decade if you're a Vegas based bookmaker.

Pacroid tore his rotator cuff by missing 400+ punches due to Money May's defensive wizardry. He damn near started crying at the post fight interview, he just didn't understand how you can be in a ring with someone for 36 mins and barely touch em'. Even Freddie Roach said " Mayweather easily won"..
Back to your island zipperhead.
overhyped to the casuals but was still a good fight.
watched it and the time just flew by.
casuals expected brawling not an outsider fighter vs inside
pacman woulda won if the fight hapoened 5yrs earlier

In boxing circles this fight is brought up frequently, only casuals arent talking about it anymore because they dont watch boxing. Cant expect fairweather fans to actually watch boxing aside from one or two fights a yearly
Because it's not heavyweight
And Heavyweight is unpopular because no good black Americans are at top.
