The biggest concern for you should be hanging onto him and keeping him happy. Just start involving him in your first team from 16-17 onwards, and try to get a good tutor for him. First team football alone in a decent competition should get him to fulfill most of his potential even with bad coaching/facilities

The question should not be which world class player to buy but which good player to buy that can develop into a world class player.
Notice how some clubs do this time and time again, look at Atletico, Porto, Dortmund and the like. These clubs specialize in buying the next big thing and they get further in the CL almost every year. Why isnt Arsenal doing this? It would be relatively risk free for them. Why didnt Arsenal buy Aubameyang for 12m pounds? Thats literally no money for a club of their stature. Etc etc

A few years ago (FM 13) I had a youth player with 152 PA. After retraining him i checked again and he had 190 PA, absolutely mental. Might have been an off the pitch event that happened at the same time, i dont remember, but since then I dont worry about the CA cost of new positions anymore.

Aubameyang wasn't a starter for the first year and played mostly as a winger, it was pretty lucky that he turned out the way he did for Dortmund. The economy is mostly dependent on tourism, so pay is shit compared to cost of living. If there's something you want to do that's not available on-island, you need to take a vacation and spend thousands on a 10-hour flight. There's a huge meth and homeless problem in Honolulu. Traffic is the worst in the nation, so I bicycle everywhere, but people keep stealing bits off my bike.

A couple of years ago my team got relegated and I felt distraught. But when we got promoted I ruined my throat yelling and celebrating and even though I had had a terrible day, I was suddenly happy.
I know it's stupid and ridiculous but I will continue to love football.

that guy I mentioned, Second Yellow Card, is better than Benjy in the tactical side of the game, makes special videos about the statistics and transfers that are usually 30/40 minutes long, gets pretty autistic and I find it cool. He's doing a fc midtjylland save now where he's trying to get the danish league to be the better in the world, which I find a cool objective
