lets all be honest. barca got a free kick from the handball about 1 foot away from where it happened. thats fair. it would have been a huge fluke to just give barca a free goal because they kicked the ball up into a guys arm 20 meters away from the goal. Ref didn't follow the letter of the law, but his spirit was correct. Also, imagine the reverse. Hand is just outiside box and he calls it a penalty. He wouldve gotten crucified. Safe thing to do was give a kick right where he saw the defender was standing.
