If it's in a sport where pay is tied to revenue then it's easy to argue that the same should apply for women too.
E.g. UFC, I don't know for sure but I'd expect Rousey gets paid more for her fights than almost all men. It doesn't have to do with who can beat who in the same way Mcgoobs gets paid more than all men even though he wouldn't be able to beat, say, Jon Jones who surely gets paid less despite being better.
The argument that they are usually inferior athletes due to natural limitations of usual physiology is intelligible. For the most part women can't compete on men's levels so why should they be paid equally?
The argument that it's similar to weight class is intelligible. They are the best at what they do given the constraints of an (albeit not particularly well-defined) limitation of natural physiology. The same goes for men. If you are the best at what you do in your bracket of natural strength and weaknesses then you should get paid the same.

And all they have to do is attend the same class load as you, attend a full time practice schedule, and then some how fit a part time job in there so they have money for food, and clothes, and all those other basics of life that schools don't provide.
