That's not how testosterone works, synthetic test does the same thing as regular test; learn something about pharmacodynamics you bum. I'm sure there are more than zero tip level players that dope but it's not nearly as widespread as some people think it is. Almost al American athletes doe because their sports rely solely on athleticism to succeed, football/soccer is much more of a skill based sport so doping is pretty much pointless (case in point players like milner not being better than Messi, so why would doping and improving your fitness/athleticism be worth the risk of being banned for being caught)
