I live 2 and a half hours away and will never be able to go. It's not something you just get tickets to. Passes are held for life and can be passed on to your children and shit. You basically gotta know someone with a pass who will leave it to you when they die, or know someone with a pass to take you as a guest.
But not many ppl take guests because Augusta are nazis about the rules and if your guest breaks a rule, like having a cell phone on them, then you get banned for life along with them. And there's a lot of really weird rules that they're not lenient on at all.
Hell even CBS's Gary McCord got banned from the Masters lel.

Just looked and they are rented out for about 7K each. Gotta return them at the end of the tournament. And you have to agree to and sign a terms and conditions, which I assume tells you they can sue the fuck out of you if you break rules and get the badge b&
