>>
penalty / goal / no
>>

1. The defender was trying to clear the ball not pass it, let the play go on.
2. Retake the kick
3. Suspend the game until they get a new and better mower.
>>
>>66557450
1. Indirect free-kick in box
2. Re-take kick, add on some time for the lad to be treated
3. Yes. It'll even out since both teams have to play on both sides.

>>66557628
Wrong. It's not a back pass. It was unintended. Rules state it has to be a deliberate back pass.

>>66557450
1. Legal. Not deliberate. Throw/Kick as usual.
2. Retake the tick. Yellow card for the taker. It was indirect.
3. Play the game. There is no strict rules for grass length in football. There is only 'suggestions'. Both sides will have to play in each half. Both sides will have to deal with it. Barca have tried this shit dozens of times and always fail.

>Wrong. It's not a back pass. It was unintended. Rules state it has to be a deliberate back pass.

No. The rules say it must be a deliberate kick i. e. a deliberate attempt to play the ball which an attempted dispossession is. The laws say nothing about whether or not the attempt to play the ball is a pass or tackle. It's a back pass either way.

second one is too easy, so I changed it, try solving it now
>>
>>66558268
Yes, but the direction of the ball is NOT deliberate. Therefore it is not a deliberate backpass.

>A miscued kick can also be collected by the goalkeeper and cannot be deemed as a foul

Therefore, it isn't. He can claim a miscued kick. So it isn't a backpass. It must be deliberate.
>>
>>66558268
>>66558311
Furthermore. The rule was introduced to stop time wasting, not to punish good defending. The guy made an amazing clear tackle. He wasn't going "I will direct this to the GK". He made a tackle and it happened that way.

It was not a purposely deliberate backpass. It was miscued. Claiming for it is unsporting and it's where badgering the ref comes in. If it was United with SAF in charge, it would be a direct freekick. But that's cause he was a bully and FA played favourites for more money.

So, it isn't a back pass. The rules of the game are quite clear on this.
>>
>>66558268
You're a fucking moron T&T. Doing shit like that WELL HURR LITERALLY IF YOU TOUCH THE BALL WITH YOUR FOOT IT'S A PASS XDXD doesn't apply to that situation. No referee on the planet would call a tackle that poked a ball back to the keeper a deliberate passback.

>>66558236
1 is correct

2. you are clearly incorrect. an indirect kick only has to touch a player, not a member of your own team. And a caution for what, because he kicked the ball and hit a player in the face? Players making a wall and the taker kicking it at them happens all the time. it's a goal and no issues. You get the player medical attention and make sure he doesnt have blood on his jersey or he must leave the field

3. is correct. there is nothing inherently dangerous about having 2 different levels of grass, you let the game play and just report it afterwards.
>>
>>66558356
It's absolutely no fault of the defender and I never implied that. The fault lies solely with the goalkeeper for handling the ball in this situation, since he is deriving an unfair advantage (the opportunity to handle the ball), and that is what you have to punish.

The law is structured in a way that guards against a defender unintentionally playing the ball before it reached the keeper (eg. deflections), but any deliberate attempt by a defender to play the ball with his feet constitutes a back pass.

>>66558374
>You're a fucking moron T&T.
>this is how adult americans conduct themselves
Also I'm pretty certain I've been a referee longer than you have
>>
>>66558374
My mistake on the 2nd one. Thanks Refanon.
>>
>>66558478
The line I quoted

>A miscued kick can also be collected by the goalkeeper and cannot be deemed as a foul

Is what the rules said iirc. It was not a deliberate back pass. The ball just happened to be directed that way. The rules state it MUST BE DELIBERATE. The defender is not purposely doing it, he makes a tackle, the tackle happens to go near the GK so he picks it up.

Find me a rule where it says you cannot do this. As it does not exist.

A defender cannot control the direction of the ball. His action was a tackle, not a back pass. It could have go to the left or right, it could have gone out or to another player. He made a tackle and the ball went near GK and he picked it up. It was not a deliberate back pass and the rules are clear on this.
>>
>>66558612
>A miscued kick can also be collected by the goalkeeper
>The rules state it MUST BE DELIBERATE

I'm agree with you fully and these are indeed correct. In this case, however it is not a miscued kick, and it is a deliberate attempt by the defender to play the ball. The defender has done nothing illegal. The goalkeeper must simply play the ball with any part of his body besides his hands in this situation.

>>66587880
With regards to #3
>An own goal cannot be scored from a goal kick; in the highly unlikely circumstance that the ball happened to land directly into the kicker's own goal a corner kick would be awarded to the opposing team.

It's good that he did not touch it on the way into the goal.. Once the ball leaves the box and the keeper touches it again before any other player, the opposing team would get an indirect free kick from the spot of the foul.

Also given that the wind is strong enough to nullify a goal kick in such fashion, the referee should consider postponing/abandoning the match due to poor playing conditions.
>>
>>66588121
1. Sure, there's no rule against Brazilian goalkeepers.
2. Indirect free kick, caution.
3. Indirect free kick, check if the game has to be abandoned due to rain.
>>
>>66588121
1. Tell the team to fuck off and get a proper player involved
2. Legal
3. Indirect free kick and book keeper
>>
>>66588131
Keepers may not handle purposeful back-passes from teammates. If they do, the opposing team gets an indirect free kick from the spot of the offense.

This was a rules patch following a particularly dreadful World Cup where keepers were picking up balls all the time and making things boring as hell
>>
Everyone saying goal to no.2 in OP, correct me if I'm wrong but you can't score directly from an indirect free-kick? As the shot's on target and deflects off the defender it would therefore count as the attackers goal and shouldn't be allowed?

2nd time in 2 years we played at a major tournament
>>
>>66577936

1. Goal (a similar goal was scored recently by Suarez and Messi)

2. Probably yellow card for the offender, free kick / penalty for the striker.

3. Own goal.
>>
>>66558236

how the fuck can an englishman get this wrong?
>>
>>66560107

1. do nothing unless there is a clear safety hazard like industrial equipment or hoses on the field
2. call offside (with old interpretation of rules), new interpretation would be drop ball kick back to team who had throw in
3. force home team to play an outfield as a goalie or force the home team to forefit if they don't.

the thing with point 3 is if it was an away game, the ruling is completely different. if the away team goalie gets attacked, it is an automatic 3-0* forfeit because the pitch security is to be supplied by the home team.

1. Unless the wrappers are causing the assistant to slip while he runs, play on
2. Oops, referee fail, note it in your report and continue the game
3. Abandon the match and report the incident, hopefully the higher authorities will appropriately sanction the away club for this act
>>
>>66577936
1. goal
2. if defender is last man, red to defender, if not, yellow to defender, give striker yellow, award free kick/penalty to strikers team
3. foul, free kick to goalkeeper's team. when the goalkeeper has applied downward pressure to the ball, it is 100% his and he cannot have people attempt to dispossess him or push him off the ball. this applies even as the goalie is releasing the ball from his hands for a kick
>>
>>66586357

1.goal stands
2. ask for replacement linesman, 4th official will do, if not, play on
3. yellow card for dissent
>>
>>66588651
>dissent
I didn't know it was a bookable offense to disagree with the media
>>
>>66588663
You can book him for 'unsporting conduct'

2. Play on, change has been made
3. Own goal
>>
>>66557450
1. Play on
2. Goal
3. Play game as normal

>>66560107
1. Make the manager pick it up or send him to the stands.
2. stand by linesmans shit decision.
3. abandon game and replay later.

>>66577936
1. goal
2. defender red card and freekick, striker booked for simulation.
3. goal

>>66586357
1. indirect freekick to attacking team
2. swap him for 4th official and put it in match report
3. 2nd yellow unsportsmanlike conduct

>>66587601
1. stop the game and replay later.
2. goal
3. yep no problem

>>66587880
1. penulty
2. tell him off
3. corner

>>66588121
1. no way, im not being responsible for the players safety around some fucking chimp.
2. indirect freekick
3. theres no foul, but id maybe call the game off if the pitch is that soaked

>>66588734
1.foul against attacker, no goal
2. let them sort out who actually has to ocme on and go off
3. call it back to original foul, no goal
>>
>>66588734
1) No goal, call a foul and maybe book the striker.
2) Allow the team to do the correct sub, it wasn't their fault. Tell the fourth man to get his shit together.
3) This is tough. I probably wouldn't call an advantage in that zone, anyway I think the advantage situation ended when the player lost the control of the ball. No goal.
>>
the answer is always "abandon the match"
>>
>>66557450
depends, if it was a necessary challenge more than a back pass play goes on / goal / play
>>66560107
tell coach to get his shit together / dropped ball and punch linesman in the dick for browsing /sp/ / abort game altogether
>>66577936
goal / red card + fk / if it's a fair charge it's not a foul so this shit is retarded as fuck
>>66586357
penalty + red card if it's a goalscoring opportunity / blackmail him / tell him to stop, second yellow if he doesn't

half the stuff isn't even hard. i can't say i'm sure of everything, but if you don't know the basics like what constitutes indirect freekicks etc. you shouldn't discuss football
>>
>>66587880
1. Yellow and a penalty
2. Second yellow, sent off
3. Haha dumbass, own goal, if he argues yellow card to him
>>66588121
1. No because he's Argentinian and messi is the only worthy Argentine allowed on a pitch
2. Legal
3. No, play on
>>66588204
1. Kek they forfeit the match
2. Walk it off like a pimp
3. Y'all are stupid, play on

>>66588278
These are just getting silly now
1. D-dont hurt me fampai
