Casillas - agreed
Beckenbauer - he was one of the GOAT of the 70s but overrated compared to modern standards
Ramos - agreed
David Luiz - no one thinks he's good except for a few PSG customers so he can't be overrated. Roberto Carlos is a better call
Lahm - disagreed, one of the greats
Gerrard - agreed
Zidane - agreed, fantastic player but there were many better, definitely shouldn't be in GOAT contention
Balotelli - same as Luiz, he sucks and everyone knows he sucks, not overrated
Baggio - disagreed, one of the best players of the last 25 years
Pele - same as Beckenbauer
Ronaldo - his ability isn't overrated but his career is

All of them were great/god tier though, except Ballotelli, David Luiz, Gerrard and Ramos ofc, but again I don't think anyone has ever 'overrated' this bunch.
