I'm personally for restructuring of play schedules so the players can be allowed more rest.
There is much increased workload compared to 10 years ago with players being bigger. And if you're a star player you'll be playing more games, play-off games, test matches.
For sake of player welfare, SANZAR should either shorten the season by reducing number of matches, or introduce compulsory rest schedules for players. For example a quota of weeks off during a year's schedule so coaches can still field certain players for key consecutive matches.
