No, and I've been watching the Lakers since '87. Was initially excited, but post-Shaq era he took his selfishness/iso/chuckfest to an unpalatable level. Should have retired when the last contract ended. Have hated his game and his cultish fans for the past decade or so, and am looking forward to the next era.

I hate him so much but he's the greatest player I've ever seen in my life and I will miss the fuck out of him. I hated Shaq for being a shitty person while he was in LA, making fun of us on talk shows, calling our coach Hitler, stupid shit like that, whereas Kobe beat the fuck out of us his entire career like we were a rented goddamned mule and at the end he said his favorite visitor arena was Sacramento. He said he loved playing against us and the raucous crowd he always brought to Arco and I'll never forget him for those games.
