Miller is 8th in all time TE yards, and will pass Kellen Winslow this year. The 6 other TE's above him will all be HoFer's. I'm guessing he's about the same place in receptions. By no means does that put him in the same category as those above him, and will still a longshot, but it's enough to give him consideration, which he will get.
Ben is a two time Super Bowl champ and just put up MVP numbers the two seasons before this one. He was on his way to do so again this year before injuring his MCL. He's only 33 and will continue to put up those kind of numbers with all the weapons around him. But it doesn't matter at this point, because he was a lock 5 years.
