Depends on the Kangaroos size, fully grown they can almost be 7ft tall. Basically an alpha Kangaroo would break ribs or using it's nails rip your stomach open.
A beta Kangaroo is smaller than you and would get turned and hit as they were turning if the MMA fighter is elite. Most MMA fighters are dogshit at boxing however and most would attack in a straight line and be permaheem'd.
