I'd simply sell Alli and buy Payet. Alli only has like 4 goals and 3 assists so far, compared to Payet's 6 goals and 4 assists without playing for like 2.5 months. Alli's main advantage is that he's cheap and provides good value for money but since you have a lot of spare cash I feel like you'd be better off with a volume contributor like Payet than a cheap role player like Alli
